How many guests can Bandhan Marriage Lawn accommodate?

The venue seats up to 2,000 guests and comfortably handles a floating gathering of around 3,000. There is an open lawn plus a covered, air-conditioned banquet area, and we can configure them together for a large wedding or separately for a smaller function.

Is parking available, and how much?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is gated on-site parking for approximately 100 cars, with a separately marked two-wheeler area and attendants on duty during events. Because the parking is inside the property, the approach road stays clear for arriving guests.

Can we bring our own caterer or outside food?

Accepted Answer

Catering is handled in-house by our own kitchen and staff, so outside catering is not permitted. We serve both pure vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus and will arrange a tasting session before you finalise. Special dietary or community-specific requirements are accommodated — just raise them early.

Can we appoint our own decorator or DJ?

Décor, lighting and sound are provided by our in-house team, so outside decorators and outside DJs are not permitted. This keeps one team accountable for the setup and lets us guarantee the timeline. You are very welcome to share reference images, colour palettes or a Pinterest board — the design is built to your brief.

Is decoration included in the booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every package includes stage, mandap and entrance décor, with the scale and floral work stepping up from Silver through to Premium. Custom themes across the whole property are available on the Premium package. Share your theme when you enquire and we will show you what it looks like at each level.

Are guest rooms available for outstation family?

Accepted Answer

There are 9 air-conditioned guest rooms on the premises. They are typically reserved for the immediate family of the bride and groom and for elderly or outstation relatives. Room allocation depends on your package and the size of your function, so please confirm your requirement at the time of booking.

How do we book, and how much advance is required?

Accepted Answer

Booking is confirmed against a written agreement and an advance. The customary structure is a booking amount at the time of confirmation with the balance settled on the event date. The exact advance depends on your date, package and guest count, and the booking amount is non-refundable. Please call us to have the current terms explained in full before you commit.

What does it cost to book the venue?

Pricing depends on your date, the season, guest count, menu and the package you choose — so a single figure would be misleading. Tell us your date and approximate numbers on a call or on WhatsApp and we will give you an accurate, itemised quotation the same day.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

For peak wedding season dates and popular muhurats, three to six months ahead is sensible, and the best dates are often taken earlier. Off-season and weekday dates are usually available at shorter notice. If your date is close, still call — cancellations and gaps do come up.

Can we visit the venue before deciding?

Please do — it is the fastest way to judge whether the scale suits your function. Site visits are welcome any day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. A quick call or a booking through the form on this site means someone is free to walk you through the lawn, banquet area, kitchen and rooms.

Do you host events other than weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes — receptions, engagements and ring ceremonies, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate functions such as conferences, dealer meets and annual days. The stage, sound, projection, catering and parking work equally well for a corporate audience.

Is alcohol permitted at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. If your function has specific requirements, please discuss them with us in advance so we can advise on what is possible within the applicable local regulations.

Can we book multiple days for haldi, mehndi and sangeet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multi-day bookings covering haldi, mehndi, sangeet and the wedding are available and are included in the Premium package. Booking consecutive days also means the décor and setup carry over, which is usually more economical than moving between venues.
