How booking works

Four steps, no surprises

Most families go from first call to confirmed booking in a single visit.

  1. Tell us your date

    A call, a WhatsApp message or the form — whichever suits. We check availability while you are still on the line.

  2. Get an itemised quotation

    Written, line by line, for your guest count and menu. Same day. No obligation and no follow-up pressure.

  3. Visit and taste

    Walk the lawn, see the rooms, and sit down to a tasting of the menu you are actually considering.

  4. Confirm the booking

    A written agreement and a booking amount hold the date. The balance is settled on the event date.

The booking amount is non-refundable, so we will always talk you through the terms in full before you commit anything. If your date is tight or your budget is fixed, say so early — we would rather tell you honestly than waste your time.
